We sold our house in Montgomery Village with her help while residing on the west coast. Selling a home is stressful enough but when you are living across the country, you really need an agent that has your back and Sally went above and beyond. Very professional and she knows her stuff. She recommended a great crew that helped us with getting all the projects done on our house so it was ready for selling. She had it staged and awesome pictures done. It sold within a week of being on the market and it only took that long because we were giving time for all the offers to come in. Got way above our asking price and Sally brought us the offers after she had done all the back and forth. She even helped us retrieve packages that were sent to the house after we closed. She is a true expert in her field. If we had it to do again we would use her in a heartbeat.

We were getting ready to sell one and buy another one in PG County. Although Sally did not typically do showings in that area, she worked with us for a few weekends to show us houses in a short time frame while we were relocating from California back to Maryland. After a few contracts (short sales) fell through she worked with me to close on a home in less than a months time. Almost 5 years later we decided that what we were looking for in 2009 was not what suited us today so again we contacted Sally (who remained in touch with us over the years) to work with us. We started out looking at self build and she showed us countless vacant properties, contacted builders to better familiarize herself and us with the ins and outs of building, until we realized the costs with a new build were not in line with what we could get in a resale, so she helped us look at all kinds of resale homes, patiently guiding us and being honest about “biting off more than we can chew” and helping us see the bigger picture. She expanded her area of showings for us when we drifted over the border into AA County. When our ideal home finally came on the market it was two nights before she was scheduled to leave for a real estate conference. Sally ensured that we were able to look at the house the next afternoon and got a contract written and submitted prior to leaving for the conference; never making us feel as if we were interrupting her getting prepared. She kept in contact and ensured someone in her office was available while she was away. Her calmness and way with people helped as she was able to negotiate with the sellers’ Realtor to get the price we offered and to get us a closing date that worked with out schedule keeping up with everything that needed to be done up until closing. This will be the second home we sell with her and was our third buying with her. She never made us feel like we should go out of our comfort zone in cost, had us be realistic with houses that were way bigger than our needs, even if in our price range. I would highly recommend Sally to anyone who wants an honest, hard working, patient and caring person guiding them through a stressful process.
